We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and shipping and return shipping charges will be collected from you. 

Conditions for Refund

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a refund in case of damaged or missing items, please make sure to take a clear and visible unboxing video from the beginning with the consignment number over the package without any cuts and pause.
